Fiona Arneil
Co-Principal of the Practices and has over 25 years experience. Particular interests involve muscle energy techniques to asses and realign the pelvis and spinal vertebrae and dry needling to accelerate healing.

Denise Godfrey
Co-Principal of the Practice with 21 years experience Denise has a passion for treating neck and back pain and sports injuries. Denise trained in the UK and worked in mainly public out-patient departments. Since moving to Australia in 1993 she has continued extensive post-grad education to become highly skilled in all the latest evidence based practices including, most recently, dry needling (similar to acupuncture), core stability retraining using Real Time Ultrasound and Pilates training. She has a particular interest in Soccer injuries being an enthusiastic soccer player herself. She also specializes in treating people with Jaw pain.

Danielle Wilson
Danielle has as a Diploma in Massage Therapy Danielle is an invaluable member of our team. Danielle manages the front desk, always greeting you with a happy smile. She shows stretches and performs massage to complete your treatment under the treating physio’s guidance. This is in addition to your 30 minutes with the physio. Danielle is also available for ½ hour to 1 ½ hour massage treatments after 5pm.

Kate Armstrong
Graduated Sydney University in 1991 and has worked in private practice since 1993. She has expertise in the treatment of complex spinal pain having spent the last 3 years working in a specialist active rehabilitation centre. She trains physiotherapists in a core stability exercise programme designed for the sporting population as well as patients with neck and back pain. Kate has also undergone further training in the treatment of the upper neck and headaches, pelvic stability and the ribs and thorax.

Sonia Henry
Sonia graduated from Newcastle University in 2007. Sonia is a keen sports physio and has extensive experience on the field. This season she was the physio for Norths Rugby Club and has also managed soccer and cycling teams, surfing contests and ski races. Sonia was the physiotherapist for Waverly College Rugby Union in 2008. When Sonia is not sitting on the rugby field she enjoys running half marathons and has done courses in running gait analysis and cycling biomechanics and bike set-up.

Tina White
Tina obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of N.S.W. and furthered her education with a Post Grad Diploma in Physiotherapy from Cumberland College. Since then, she has worked in numerous sports physiotherapy clinics and hospitals in both Sydney and Calgary, Canada. With a keen interest in all sports, Tina has continued to advance her skills in sports medicine and orthopaedics through extensive post graduate courses. Her treatments focus on injury recovery, education, and prevention through an active approach. Tina has expanded her practice to studying acupuncture through the Acupuncture Foundation in Canada. More recently, Tina has undertaken studies in Intramuscular Stimulation a form of dry needling to complement her skills. With over 25 years of experience, she has treated a wide variety of conditions in all age groups.
