To book an appointment online, select the options below. If you are unable to book into a time you prefer, please call our receptionist at 9264 7974.
General Information
- Initial Consultation are usually 45 minutes in duration except for special circumstances.
- Follow up appointments are a minimum 30 minutes in duration.
- A referral from a GP or Specialist is not required.
- Please note that any late cancellations (within 12 hours of your appointment time) will incur a cancellation fee (50% of your consultation fee).
What to bring
- If referred by another practitioner, please bring any referral letters, scans or x-ray images you have.
- If you are with a private health fund, bring your health fund card so you can claim for your treatment via HICAPS.
- To properly assess your injury we may ask you to remove some outer clothing. We do have shorts and loose singlet tops available if this means you feel more comfortable.
